Where's your empathy in all of this Shannon? I feel for you - I really do - but this is very bully-like behaviour. I know Tom personally, and in all of my dealings with him, he comes across as one of the most caring, thoughtful, and kindest guys I know. When you have a following, you can't be everything to everybody, and if someone doesn't help you out and show you empathy, it doesn't mean they lack it.
