What a brilliant article Liz. As someone who's been blessed with a unicorn — several actually — this was so eye-opening for me. The fact is, even though I have some of the best mentors in my country, the need for a coach is still there. A good mentor is most likely successful, and therefore busy, and even if they are offering you their time, you still need to be careful about how you use it. Even with my busy schedule, and access to some of the most successful mentors in my country, I will be calling on your services very soon… especially after chatting and finding out how good you really are. Chat soon, Brian
