Tom Kuegler This is a funny one Tom, the more successful I get, the more I’ve found myself having to work on my mental health.

What I have found best is observing my thoughts and feelings instead of trying to swat them away. This is my core practice and keeps me very grounded.

Happy to chat about this some time. I think we’re way overdue a chat anyway :)
