Thank you, Gary. Much appreciated. This post means a lot to me. And I couldn’t agree more. It was life-changing for me. To get out of second dart situations is more about practice than anything else. I’ve tried to use it as a cue to focus on the positives (e.g. a way to learn, practice forgiveness, tolerance, or compassion etc.) but the key part is catching it in awareness to even have a chance.
