I take your point Antoine, but I have to disagree from my own personal experiences. I was asleep for many years, trapped in thought, and I could not make sense of the world and ended up in 15 years of chronic heroin addiction. But I had an experience, let’s say I woke up and became aware, and since then I’m sharper than ever. I’m doing a PhD, writing a book, lecturing in neuroscience, and making money talking to my countries leaders. I think the difference is the clock time / psych time.
